Reservation for accommodation can be made by personal call, telephone or correspondence.

Under Law of Contract for there to be a valid contract between guest and Clevelands Private Guest House, the following must be in place:

A definitive offer for accommodation by "Clevelands" Private Guest House which may be either written or verbal an unconditional acceptance of that offer by the guest within a time frame. Whilst verbal contract is legally valid, it is preferable that all bookings are confirmed in writing with credit/debit card details as soon as possible. If a guest cancels a reservation without reasonable notice, or fails to arrive, then "Clevelands" Private Guest House will claim full compensation for loss of business.

Clevelands Private Guest House requires 48 hours notice of cancellation in advance.

Clevelands Private Guest House will accept payment by credit card, company cheque (made payable to A. Harris), BACS Transfer or on account subject to prior approval received in writing or cash.

Payment by credit card will incur 3% surcharge, minimum £5.
Payment by American Express will incur by 4%.
Cheques supported by card only.
Payment is required on arrival
